Unfortunately, we have seen several reports of scams across the Internet. It seems that people are billed after two weeks when they thought they had one month to try it. There are also reports of issues with customer service. The company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
One user said, “Two weeks later I was billed for $168.00 after my “two week free trial” was over. A trial I was lead to believe ended after the one month supply I ordered was used up. The product didn’t even work..”

Our research indicates that if there’s part of a diet program that’s hard to handle, like horrible customer service, it will be difficult for customers to stick with over the long term. If customers want to cancel their orders, they may have trouble doing so..
